Every booking links to a Unit. Every Unit links to one or more Owners (with date-bounded percentage shares for ownership transitions). Reservation revenue, OTA commission, refunds, upsells — all attributed automatically.

Owner statements that finalise themselves

Click 'Generate' on the 1st of each month. Aura pulls every reservation that touched each unit, calculates gross, deducts OTA commission, applies your management fee, deducts utility/expense allocations, produces a PDF + CSV per owner. Send all in one click.

Payout reconciliation

Mark statements as 'paid' when you wire the owners. Aura tracks unpaid balances, partial payments, and disputed line items so nothing falls through. Audit log records every adjustment.

Owner blocks for personal use
