Aura is a product of DT Software Ltd — a technology company based in Hong Kong. We didn't set out to build a PMS. We set out to stop losing hours every week to a stack of disconnected tools that never talked to each other.
Why we built this
Running properties used to mean juggling a different piece of software for every single job: a channel manager here, a booking engine there, a separate tool for guest check-in, a spreadsheet for owner statements, another service for upsells, and a manual process for anything the other tools couldn't cover. Each one charged its own monthly fee. None of them were designed to work together.
We got tired of it. We built Aura because we needed one platform that did everything — channel distribution, direct bookings, digital check-in, owner reporting, and a proper audit trail — without the $500/month enterprise tax that the incumbents charge for features they've barely updated since 2010.
The result is a flat-fee PMS that an independent hotel owner can set up in an afternoon and use without a training manual.
