Will switching from Cloudbeds disrupt my bookings?

Live and upcoming bookings flow in via the OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) when you reconnect them to Aura's channel manager. Historical guest data imports via CSV. Direct bookings on your existing Cloudbeds booking engine pause once you switch the widget — point your domain at Aura's booking engine to resume.

What about Cloudbeds Payments?

Aura uses Stripe for payments. You connect your existing Stripe account (or create one). Funds settle directly to you. We don't sit in the money flow.

Does Aura support the same OTAs?

Yes — same channel manager (300+ OTAs including Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, Vrbo, HomeAway). Distribution behaviour and rate sync are equivalent.

What if I have more than 30 rooms?

Pricing scales linearly — $3/room/mo with no plan-tier jumps. A 60-room property is $192/mo. For 100+ rooms or multi-property groups with complex ownership structures, get in touch at hello@aurapms.io and we'll quote.
